Kathy Cole Obituary

Kathy Lupo Cole, 62, of Ladson, SC, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 2pm to 4pm at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 South Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483, on Friday, September 20th, 2024. A funeral service will begin in the chapel at 4:00pm.
Kathy was born on April 10, 1962, in Pittsfield, MA, the daughter of Franklin R. Lupo and Patricia A. Lupo. She married the love of her life, John Cole, and they spent 43 years together! Kathy enjoyed many things in life including, spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and devoting her life to those she loved. She truly had a heart of gold and would go out of her way to help anyone in need. Born into a family of faith, Kathy's father was a pastor with the Advent Christian Church and carried her devotion to Christianity throughout her entire life. Her steadfast belief in God's word shaped her character, guided her actions, and provided a foundation of strength and compassion. A lifelong follower of Christ, she touched the lives of many with her unwavering faith and love for others. Her family was her pride and joy and provided her with purpose in life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, John; her children, Amanda, John, and Amie; her grandchildren, Skylynn, Mackenzie, Troy, Damion, Dylan, and Mason; her mother, Patricia; and her brothers, Michael and Gary.
