Kenneth Whitworth Obituary

Kenneth Ray Whitworth, Sr., 92, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on October 8, 2025. He was born on October 2, 1933, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, to parents Thomas Ann Whitworth and Lyda Pearl Whitworth (Woodworth).
Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Lyda Whitworth; his father, Thomas Whitworth; and one son, Ken "Tinker" Whitworth.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Jean Whitworth (Lewis); his daughter, Lisa Brooks and husband Ron; grandchildren, Eric Brooks and wife Amanda, Kyle Brooks and wife Mandy, Amy Bergt and husband Tim, Jamie Brooks and wife Paige, and Cade Brooks; eight great-grandchildren; and his faithful pet budgie bird, "Bird."
Kenneth had a knack for collecting unique flea market treasures, especially ball caps, belt buckles, coins, and knives. Known for his remarkable ability to fix just about anything-from clocks to vending and snack machines-he was the go-to person when something needed repair.
A familiar face around Muskogee, Kenneth will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his love of tinkering, and his down-to-earth personality that made him a friend to many.
He will be laid to rest at Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee following a private family graveside service, with Ron Brooks officiating.
