Kristen Forbes Obituary

Kristen "Kym" Forbes, a vibrant soul cherished by many was born on January 6, 1972 in Niles MI, sadly departed this world on December 14, 2024 in South Bend IN.
Kym's smile radiated warmth and joy to all who knew her.
Kym was met in heaven by her father Lester "Stormy" Forbes, and is survived by a loving family. Her partner Randy Ritchey, her mother, Karin Forbes, her children Stephanie (John) Rosetto, Cody (Namalie) Beadle, Darren (Abby) Beadle, Tyler Ritchey, Jacob Ritchey, Carly Ritchey, Tonya Ritchey, Tricia Ritchey, Kristina Ritchey, and Katelyn Ritchey. Her grandchildren Kaylee, Kyler, Knowlyn, Erik, Elliott, and Aliyah. Kym also leaves behind her siblings Leslie Forbes, Travis Forbes, and Terra Karol. They will all hold her memory in their hearts forever.
Her love for the Kalamazoo Speedway family was evident to all. Her interests, ranging from crafting beautiful makeup looks to perfecting home decor. She loved to decorate with lights year round. Her love for Duke and Harley, her loyal dogs, and her cats, were mere reflections of her creative soul. Kym found joy in simple pleasures and eagerly anticipated holiday gatherings with family.
Kym will be remembered for the light she brought into this world and the beauty she left behind. Her spirit will live on in every cherished memory shared by those who loved her.
Services for Kym will be held Monday, December 23rd, at Brown Funeral Home, at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be held prior from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
She will be laid to rest at Mission Hills Memorial Garden.
