My Deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear father. For many years I would see Leon in the back of the chapel for morning Mass. Leon would reverently rise and hold the door as the priest carried in the Holy
Eucharist for Communion. And I remember many an evening Leon would phone our home looking for volunteers to serve at a funeral Mass. He was always willing to help in any way he could. He was pleasant and always had a kind word for all. He is missed but I am happy he now rest in the arms of Our dear Lord. Mary Ellen Steckel

Sending my deepest sympathy to Leon's family for the loss of your incredible dad, father-in-law, granddad. His true devotion to your mom was evident and admirable. His daily presence and help at the church was a real example of what good people do in retirement--always pleasant and ready to serve.
Know that he and all of you are remembered in prayer. May He Rest In Peace with with your mom and Jesus.
