Leroy Drumgoole, the son of the late Ned Thomas Drumgoole, Sr. and Louise Drumgoole, was born March 21,1963, in Baltimore, Maryland. The youngest of nine children, he was affectionately known as "Lee".
Leroy received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System and with his father's guidance, began working at Whiting Turner Construction company at the age of 16. Leroy always let people know that his father gave him his first hard hat.

He was a dedicated member of the Fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous for over 30 years, serving as a beacon of hope and inspiration to many. Known for his lively spirit, Leroy loved to dance, bringing joy and energy to every gathering.

Drumgoole Sr.; and is survived by his sons, Dion Leroy Drumgoole Sr. and Deandre Holley; his grandson, Dion Leroy Drumgoole, Jr. (Deuce); one brother, Ned T. Drumgoole Jr.; four sisters, Diane Johnson, Wanda Wilkerson, Gladys Jones, and Philistine Tweedle; two brothers-in-law, Willie Johnson and George Wilkerson Sr.; one sister-in-law, Bernetta Gaines Drumgoole and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.
