Lillian Price Obituary

Lillian Rose Price, known affectionately as Lyn, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024, at the age of 97. She was born on July 17, 1927, in Flushing, NY, to Charles and Lillian Wetzel. Lyn lived a life full of love, laughter, and kindness. Lyn is survived by her devoted husband, George; her son, Glenn; her beloved granddaughters, Tina, Kalli, and Deme; and her cherished daughter-in-law, Laureen. She was predeceased by her son, Gregg and sister, Irene. A pillar of strength in her family and community, Lyn was known for her kind heart and her unwavering spirit. She was always on the go, making connections with everyone she met and never forgetting a name. Lyn's warmth and friendship touched many lives, and her legacy of kindness will be remembered by all who knew her. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm, Tuesday, October 22,2024 at the O'Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 23,2024 at the St. Christopher's and St. Patrick's Church, 3094 Albany Post Road, Buchanan, NY. A private cremation will follow.
