Louise Ann Gray, (nee D'Annunzio) age 73, formerly of Glenside, Pa. passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Louise was born on Oct. 8,1951 to Emma (Urey) and Victor D'Annunzio in West Chester, Pa. She was a 1969 graduate of West Chester Henderson High School in West Chester, Pa. and over the years, held jobs at Acme Markets, Abington Memorial Hospital, and Cheltenham Township.
Louise was loved by her family and friends, often hosting holiday family dinners. Her love for animals was evident when she "adopted" four greyhounds and enjoyed her weekly horse-riding lessons when she retired. She also volunteered at Special Equestrians for several years.
Louise is survived by her husband of 53 years, Charles D. Gray, Jr. and her two sons, Jason (Stephanie) and Scott (Maria) and their families. Louise loved children and was blessed with nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Surviving her is her brother Victor (Margaret). In addition, she was the cherished Aunt Louise to her nieces and nephews.
A service will be held for Louise on Thursday, Dec. 12, 10 AM - 11 AM calling, 11 AM - 12 PM service at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 120 N. Easton Rd Glenside, Pa. Flowers can be sent to the church. Donations can be sent to National Greyhound Adoption Center,10901 Dutton Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154.
