Mabel Jones Obituary

Mabel Beatrice Jones, age 82 of Keysville, passed away on March 20, 2026 in Keysville, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late James Wright and Queenie Elizabeth Ford Wright.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Napoleon Jones; two sons, Darryl Wright and Darren Wright; one daughter, Shira Wright Younger; three brothers, Melvin Wright, James Wright and Wayne Wright; three sisters, Stephanie Wright, Joyce Ann Pollard and Mattie Wright.

She is survived by two devoted granddaughters, Cecily Wright of Keysville, Virginia and K'Sierria Younger of Farmville, Virginia; three grandsons, Jerrod Wright of Lynchburg, Virginia, Jamar Wright of Appomattox, Virginia and Corey Wright of Pamplin, Virginia; two brothers, Arthur Wright (Sharon) and Carl Wright, both of Pamplin, Virginia; two sisters, Ola Davis of Pamplin and Mary Stinson of Shreveport, Louisiana; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
