I had the privilege of working with Nancy at the WVDOT for 30+ yrs; but more importantly it was our friendship that I cherish. Nancy was smart, an asset to the Highway Division but it was her unique sense of humor and quick witt that attributed to much laughter when she, Trish and I were together. We spent time together outside the office i.e. Nashville, Myrtle Beach, and Wheeling to name a few places we vacationed. I love you, Nance! Go rest in the arms of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I'll see ya on the other side of Jordan.
