Seagraves. Funeral Service for Mario DeLeon, 89, of Seagraves will be held at 1:00 P.M., November 8, 2024, at the Jerusalem Baptist Church of Seagraves with Rev Bill Rodriguez officiating, with interment following in the Gaines County Seagraves Cemetery, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves.
Mario passed away November 3, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas.
Mario was born January 20, 1935, in Realitos, Texas to Nasario and Geneva DeLeon.
Mario married the love of his life, Aurora, on May 27, 1958, in Lakewood, Florida. Mario was a farm worker till his retirement.
Mario was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and four sisters.
Mario is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Aurora; six sons, Rueben, Regleso, Ray, Ricky, Leroy, and Roger; and two daughters, Norma DeLeon and Belinda Martinez. Mario also had the joy of spoiling twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
