Marion had a fulfilling career as a clerk for the New York State Government, where her commitment and diligence were evident to all who had the pleasure of working alongside her. Her professional life was marked by a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to support her community. A proud high school graduate, Marion valued education and the opportunities it presented.
Marion is survived by her brother, Raymond Carlton, and her sister, Gloria Carlton, who will cherish her memory and the bond they shared. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Joseph and Mary Carlton, who provided her with the nurturing environment that shaped her character and values.
Friends and family are invited to gather for the burial services, which will take place on February 12, 2025, at Pinelawn Memorial Park, located at 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY. The graveside service will begin at 12:30 PM, providing an opportunity to celebrate Marion's life and the impact she had on those around her.
Marion Carlton leaves behind a legacy of kindness and commitment to service that will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the warmth she brought into the lives of her family and friends.
