Although we all know Mary Beth is in a much better place now, she will surely be missed by many. We especially remember the goods times tailgating at the Mizzou games. Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with Tom and all the family!

I want to send my deepest condolences to all of her family. I will remember her from when I was in high school and she taught a class called bachelor living. I think that she was the one who came up with the idea to make a class to teach commen since we would need through life and it's lessons. We were taught how to shop for auto/life insurance. How to split a recipe and how just sew on a sewing machine. The class was combined with boys and girls. Looking for that credit we needed to graduate. She always had such a patient personality. One day in our class one of the football players was trying to thread a sewing machine. He was having a very difficult time , and she calmly went over to see what she could do to help. The strong young man was very frustrated and she was very calm when she realized he was holding the thread still and trying to maneuver the sewing machine to the thread. We laughed about it for days. Then I had the opportunity to move into the community that she and Tom lived. She always had a wonderful smile as she was walking up-and-down the streets of our subdivision or at the pool socializing with all of our neighbors. She would light up every time she had the opportunity to talk about her family. She truly was a remarkable woman who loved her faith, her family and dancing. It is hard to believe that she was called to heaven so young in life and she will truly be missed.
