Mary Sanchez Robillard Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our loving mother, Mary Ann Sanchez Robillard, who passed away on Sunday October 27, 2024, at the age of 87, while at Baton Rouge General Hospital, Bluebonnet Blvd Baton Rouge, LA. She was a native of White Castle and a resident of Brusly. Mary Ann was a homemaker to her six children but spent a period as an administrative office worker.
A memorial Mass will be held at St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly, LA on November 11, 2024, with visitation from 9:00 to 11:00 and mass at 11:00 celebrated by Rev. Arun John.
Mary Ann is survived by her children, Tim Robillard (Susan), Helen Dupuy (Andy), Kay Guerin (Gene), Jerry Robillard (Linda Quintanilla), Dino Robillard (Susie); son-in-law, Roger Greer (Brandli); grandchildren, Andrew, Gina, Corey, Adam, Kelly, Ryan, Rachel, Samantha, Amber, Dustin; great-grandchildren, Jaden, Roman, Isla, Lucy, Eliana, Maks, and Mila; step-grandchildren, Luke, Mark, Philip, Gabe, Stephen, Frannie; siblings, Sadie Falcon, Patricia Hess, Randall and Herman Sanchez.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicky Robillard Greer; parents, Albert "Jack" and Rosella Pansano Sanchez, siblings, Alma "Key" Sanchez, Bobbie Lee Ackman and Albert Sanchez Jr.
Mary Ann was an avid gardener with a passion for growing roses. She was a league bowler for over 25 years. Also, she was an outstanding seamstress making her children's clothing including her daughters' wedding and bridesmaid dresses.
