Melanie Riggleman Obituary
Born Friday, May 30, 1980 in Lehighton, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Laurie B. Riggleman who passed away on August 3, 2020. Melanie was also predeceased by; step mother, Lisa Althouse.
Surviving are; her father, Mark W. Althouse of Lehighton; aunts, Mary S. Piepmeyer of Lehighton, Jennifer L. Riggleman of Andreas; uncles, Charles C. Riggleman, Jr. of Amherst, VA., Richard L. Riggleman of Lehighton, Jeff Taylor and his wife Dee of Appomattox, VA.; half sister, Casey Sbat and her husband Eric. Many cousins also survive Melanie.
A 1999 graduate of Lehighton Area High School, Melanie matriculated to Northampton Community College earning her associate's degree in communication. Melanie has worked as a Home Health Aide of REDCO Services of Lehighton. Melanie was a talented photographer. A devoted, friend, Melanie would help anyone who asked.

Melanie was a former patient of mine with Dr Ralph Stolz. She and he mother would come in we would laugh and talk. Both were the most sweetest, kindest young ladies. Both are gonna be missed dearly.
