Miles Greenslit Obituary
Miles A. Greenslit, 52, of Warren, passed away suddenly in Barre on Sunday, September 1, 2024. Born in Berlin on June 17, 1972, he was the son of the late Ervin "Buster" Greenslit Sr and Judy Pearce of Barre.
Miles grew up in Warren and graduated from Harwood Union High School in 1990. He was currently working for KMK Property Management in Warren. Miles was a longtime, dedicated member of the Warren Fire Department.
He enjoyed being in the woods hunting or on a river or lake fishing. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, his time spent with his daughter Kelci was very special. Friends and family will deeply miss him.
He is survived by his daughter Kelci Greenslit of Barre; his mother Judy Pearce of Barre; his stepfather Carl E. Dupont of Warren; two brothers, Ervin Greenslit Jr. of Rutland, Mitchel Greenslit of Graniteville; partner Debbie Retor of Barre, and extended family. He is predeceased by his father Buster Greenslit, and two sisters- in law, Debbie Greenslit, and Amy Greenslit.

Greenslit on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Warren Volunteer Fire Department, 351 Main Street, Warren VT, starting at 11:00 am. when we were hunting, and I was texting him a deer was coming right toward him and he was trying to tell me a deer was behind me. let's just say none of us got a deer lol

He had such a funny personality ! Mr joker!! He was also such a sweet man like his mother and his daughter . Never ending smile and the yarns he could tell ! Fly free miles , you were and always will be... very loved and missed!!
