Neil Witbeck Obituary

Neil Witbeck went to be with the Lord On Sunday, November 17,2024 surrounded by his family. He was 76 years old.
Neil was born at the family home near Avondale on May 20, 1948. He was born to Billy and Illabelle (Ostrander) Witbeck. He graduated from Evart High in 1966. He served in the United States Army from 1968-1970. He retired from Kraftube in 2010 and later went to work for Autumn Vista Farms part time right up until his death. Neil was a member of the Chippewa Lake Church where he attended regularly.
Hunting, fishing and trapping were his biggest joys which he shared with his children and grandchildren. His other favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren.
Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Illabelle Witbeck. He leaves behind; his wife, Linda (Maneke) Witbeck of 38 years; siblings, Ron (Diana) Witbeck, Gail (Deloris) Witbeck, Dan (Debra) Witbeck, Lori (Jack) Alexander and Kevin (Brenda) Witbeck; children, Chad Witbeck, Chantel (Tim) Wineman, Ben Grant, and Kelly Grant; grandchildren, Cameron (Thao), Chance (Felice), Devan, and Caden Witbeck, Joshua Rice, Sean (Kayla), Kloie Wineman. Aaron (Crystal), Zayne, Piper, Tanner Grant, River Bridson; great grandchildren, TJ, Cassius, Sage, Isla, Zara plus many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Funeral services for Neil will take place at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, November 22, 2024 with visitation from 11 to 1:00 p.m. at the Corey Funeral Home in Evart with Pastors Roger Bennett and Ron Witbeck officiating.
He will be laid to rest at Martiny Township Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at Martiny Township Hall
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to go towards his final expenses.
