A native of Indiana, Pam was born on May 19, 1948 to the late Nelson and Margaret Stainsby Clark. She attended Penn State Shenango College in Sharon, Pennsylvania and studied Elementary Education. After college, she married and devoted her life to her family and raising her daughter Kelley. Early in her adult life she worked as a teacher for RESCUE, a school dedicated to educating children with mental, emotional, physical and verbal disabilities. She lived and worked in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Columbus, Delaware, Connecticut and New York. Later in life she was a real estate broker in Connecticut with Prudential, and then had a successful career working as a Corporate Relocation Manager with Prudential and then Americorp for more than 10 years until her retirement. Following her husband's retirement in 2013, Pam and Paul moved to be near her daughter Kelley in North Carolina. First they made their home on the Bay River in Pamlico County, and then after Hurricane Florence, they have made their home on higher ground in the community of Chocowinity,
Pam will be fondly remembered for her love of family and especially her grandchildren. She was a generous, loyal friend and enjoyed watching birds, stained glass, pottery, dominos, the performing arts, entertaining, and romantic Hallmark movies. Christmas was her most favorite time of the year.
In addition to her late parents, Pam was preceded in death by her, brother, James Clark of Philadelphia.
