A message with love from Patrick’s children:
Our father was one like no other. He didn't always make the best decisions, but he was always there. He never left our side, even if he wasn't there in person. We all loved our dad, no matter what he did. He was a good person, no matter what anyone said. He always tried his hardest to please the people around him.
Our father may not have always been physically present in our lives, although his unwavering support and unconditional love were constants for those he held close to him. Despite the challenges he faced in life, his dependability and reliability were unwavering, and he could always be counted on in times of need. His commitment to those he cared about knew no bounds, and his kindness touched the lives of many. Whether offering a listening ear, lending a helping hand, or providing words of wisdom, our father was a pillar of strength and guidance through life. He will forever be deeply missed by those who had the privilege to know and be impacted by his care. We love and miss you dearly dad. Your presence will forever be cherished.
