Patrick Edward Goldsmith, age 66 of Sherburne, New York, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on September 10th, 2024.
Prior to living in Sherburne, he resided in Hallstead and Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.
He was predeceased by his parents Edward Goldsmith, Lillian and George Jurista, Also, his stepdaughter, Erika Wilkes.
Pat is survived by his wife of 26 years, Nancy, his daughters Tonya (Scott) Evans and Tammy (Jeremy) Buck. He also is survived by stepson Ty (Tina) Tighe. In additions he had 9 grandchildren; Kayla Frary, Natasha (Zachary) Ord. Jjenna and Allison Romain, Abigail, Isabelle and Zachery Buck and Trey and Briley Tighe.
He also survived by his five siblings: brothers, Michael (Janis) Goldsmith and Edward (Rhonda) Goldsmith. Sisters: Linda Buffington, Ann Roberts Homza (Tom) and Sharon Weidow. He was also Blessed with many nephews and nieces and cousins.
His extended family includes: Cheryl (Bob) Harris, Gary (Lorry) Rice. Also,closest friends: Delbert, Mort, Tibbens, Bernie, Jennifer and Gayle.
Patrick worked several years for Bob Squiers of Great Bend, Pennsylvania doing inside and outside house painting. Then, he did the same work being self-employed.
As a young man in school, he enjoyed sports very much. He excelled in basketball, baseball and football surprising everyone with his athletic abilities.
Pat was a loving family man and devoted his life loving them each and everyone. He especially enjoyed sibling get togethers.
A memorial celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
