Patsy DoMoe Obituary

Patsy Lynn DoMoe, 81, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Red Bluff, CA, passed Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Valley Hospice North, Steubenville, OH. She was born November 14, 1943 in Florence, AZ, daughter of the late William Leroy Due and Lynn Murrel Humphrey Due. She is also preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" DeWitt DoMoe (2007); daughter, Patty Robertson; brother, Jerry Due (Maxine); and fathers of her children, Hugh Romestan and John Kennedy.
Patsy grew up with her family in Arizona before marrying and raising her children. Being married to a US Navy officer, her family lived in many states including Rhode Island, Virginia, Hawaii, and eventually settling in Red Bluff, California. Through the years, Patsy tried her hand at many jobs, but her favorite was being a mom to her loving children. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Red Bluff.
Patsy is survived by her daughters, Gerri Romestan (Michael Mantooth), and Mickie Parkin (Philip); son, John Kennedy (Ruby); son-in-law, Terry Robertson; 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Raymond (Lowell) and Terry Shryock (Gerald); and several nieces and nephews.
Per Patsy's wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton, WV. Inurnment will take place in Valley Memorial Park Cemetery, Coolidge, AZ.
