Paul Davis Obituary
Paul was born September 28, 1954 in Beardstown, Illinois, the son of Ruth Marie (Learned) and Paul Ellsworth Davis, Sr. He was married to Sandra Emerick for over 15 years. Paul is survived by his children, Alisha Emerick of Rock Island, Illinois, Eric Thomas of Macomb, Illinois, and Tommy McNiel of Galesburg; one brother, Charles Davis of Galesburg; seven grandchildren; and one great grandson. Including his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a brother, James Davis on October 20, 1990; a sister, Shirley Nevins on December 8, 2015; and a granddaughter, Deja McCray on June 22, 2023.
Paul enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren. In his free time he enjoyed cars and going fishing.
Cremation will be accorded. No services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Watson Thomas Funeral Home.
