Paul Prevosnik Obituary

Paul Joseph Prevosnik, age 81 of Hudson passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024 surrounded by family. He was born October 11, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Joseph Paul and Mary Elizabeth "Mae" (nee Foster) Prevoznik. Paul is also preceded in death by his dear son Michael Paul Prevosnik. He is survived by his beloved wife Patricia (nee Diehl) Prevosnik, his loving daughter Kelly (Scott) Day and his "favorite" grandchildren, Sara and Matthew Day.
Paul served in the Army National Guard and then worked in sales for GS Leasing, LDI and owned Green Systems Leasing. After retiring, he enjoyed working at Costco and will be missed by all his dear friends he made there. Paul was a proud alum of Kent State University, and held season tickets for the football and basketball teams for many years. He was also a die hard Cleveland Indians, and Browns fan. Ever the optimist, it was never "There's always next year" for him. Instead it was "This is the year we go all the way!" He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the chance to get to know him. He also loved to spend time at home growing flowers in his yard and mostly spending time with his family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, March 23, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 340 North Main Street, Hudson, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Paul's memory to the Hudson Special Olympics, PO Box 1141, Hudson, Ohio 44236.
