Paula Creighton Obituary
Paula J. Creighton, 71, of Walhonding, OH, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 with her loving family at her home in Walhonding.
Paula was born April 16, 1953, in Duluth, MN to James Edward and Verna Ella {Nieman} Fox.
Paula graduated from Columbus South High School in 1972. She later married Donald E. Creighton. She worked for the State of Ohio Auditor’s Office keeping everyone straight for nearly her whole life. A life-long Buckeye fan she was thrilled at their championship this year. She loved her grandchildren, spending time outdoors and keeping up with all their events.
Paula will be deeply missed by her daughter, Terri (Carl) Scholl of Columbus; her grandchildren Justin (Angelina) Creighton, Julia Scholl and Hayden Scholl; great-grandchildren Naomi Creighton, Luciana Creighton; brother Larry (Patti) Fox and sister Laura (Rick) Owen and many special nieces and nephews and a large extended family. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, husband and nephew Jerry E. Fox.
