Peggy Brock Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lakes Funeral Home on Sep. 29, 2024.
Peggy Sue Reed Brock, a cherished mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully at the age of 69 in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 29, 2024. Born on August 27, 1955, in Berea, Kentucky,
Peggy was born Joe and Mary Lakes Reed. While she was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Judy Fowles, Sarah Reed, Sammy Reed, Beverly McHone, and Kermit Blair, her legacy lives on through her remaining family. She leaves behind siblings Mike (Sherri) Reed and Pat (The late J.B.) Marcum, who will forever treasure the memories and unbreakable bond they shared.
A source of unwavering support and joy, Peggy was proud of her three children, Leann (Steven) Luttrell, Steve (Jessica) Stewart, and Roger Wolfe. Her love extended to her beloved dog, Maggie, who was a constant, comforting presence. As a grandmother, Peggy adored her grandchildren, Ashley and Benj Bullens, Jamie (fiancée Frankie Townsend) Wilson, Chance (fiancée Angel King) Ansardi, Blaze (Jameson) Stewart, and Kevin (fiancée Maddie Page) Wolfe, alongside her cherished great-grandchildren, Alex Owens, May May King, Kevin "Bam Bam" Neace, Jillian Ansardi, Wyatt Ansardi, and one on the way, Jettson Dale Wolfe.
A special thanks to her best friend and neighbor, Judy Guillen, who has taken such great care of her and Maggie.
Peggy's marked by her career at Continental Metals and Walmart. She found great satisfaction in her work and the lasting friendships formed therein.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be left for the family at www.lakesfuneralhome.com
