Peggy Jean Miller left this world peacefully surrounded by her family that loved her dearly, on Thursday, July

Peggy was born on November 21, 1934, in Greenville, Texas, to Tom Hayes and Nanie Littlejohn Hayes. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, James A. Miller. She is survived by her brother, Tom Hayes, Jr.; her daughter, Vickie and son-in-law, Billy Watson; son, James A. Miller, Jr. and wife, Kim; grandchildren, Charissa and her husband, Marco Pulgarin, Brandon Watson, and Rachel Miller; great-grandchildren, Zachary Jones and Collin Jones. Sisters (in law), Betty Ann Miller and Faye and her husband, T.J. Woodruff.

Peggy was a homemaker and a woman of strong unwavering faith who had a love for God and church and her family. She was always involved with Women's Ministries as she had a love of serving others. She lived her life serving and caring for anyone that needed her.

She was lovingly known by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as "Gro Gro". There are no words to express the loss we feel, but we are comforted in knowing she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She loved deeply with her whole heart and she held us together. She blessed us by being a remarkable, selfless mother and she is already deeply missed.

Our family is deeply grateful to Alinea Family Hospice for the compassionate and loving care extended to our Mother and our family during the most difficult time in our lives,
