Phillip Anthony Manuel age 65 of Greeneville passed away Saturday May 10, 2025 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was highly skilled in HVAC in the Washington DC metro area. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Diamond and Johntavious Shelton, grandchildren Jewel Shelton and Johntavious Shelton II, brothers and sisters Johnny Manuel, Scegeant Price, Demetress Dickson, Inez and Shyam Balasubramanian, Elaine and Jorge Marafuga, and Phyllis Anderson, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and extended family Anita Manuel, Alfonzo and Denise Walker. He was preceded in death by his parents Devoyd Garland and Betty L. Manuel, brother Marcus Ramseur Jr., and sister Pam Manuel. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm Saturday May 24, 2025 at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 3pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
