Phyllis Gibbs Parrott Obituary
Mrs. Parrott was born October 30, 1947 in Gilmer County, to the late Vernon Gibbs and Catherine Green Humphreys. Phyllis loved so many things including her dog Bailee, who could always be found by her side. She could usually be found in the kitchen cooking, baking or canning. Some of her other favorite activities were shopping, crafting and gardening. In addition to her parents Mrs. Parrott is preceded in death by her son, Mark Christopher Parrott.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Parrott; sons, Tim (Kendall) Parrott and Scott Parrott; 4 grandchildren, Tyler (Maddie) Parrott, Ashlyn Parrott, Eric Parrott and Nicolas Parrott.
Graveside inurnment will be held Saturday November 9th at 1pm from the Ball Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Gilmer County Animal Shelter at 4125 Highway 52 East, Ellijay, GA 30536 In Memory of Mrs. Parrott.
Bernhardt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
