Ray was born March 15, 1945 to James and Vlasta Krejci in Chicago, IL. He graduated high school and joined the U.S. Navy serving many years.
He resided in Deming where he lived with his wife, Dini and her 2 children Robert Marquis and Melissa Roof.
He was a corrections officer at SNMCF for 18 years when he retired. He enjoyed coin collecting and was an avid tennis player for many years.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter Joann Reagh and husband Kevin and 3 grandchildren Michelle, Tyler and Noah, from Florida, stepson Robert Marquis of Deming and stepdaughter Melissa Roof and her husband Ryan and grandson Liam of Virginia. Other survivors include a niece and 4 nephews of Las Vegas and the Phoenix area.
He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Per his request no service will be held. Cremation has taken place by Terrazas Crematory.
