Robinson Baptist Church in Dunn with the Rev. Todd Perry officiating.
A time of remembrance and fellowship will be be held following the service in the fellowship hall.
Raymond was born in Dunn, LA and passed away at the Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Delhi.
He was a man of many tasks and careers from offshore oil, to pipelining driving cattle trucks for B E Pickett; finally settling down in the Dunn area and raising his own animals on his piece of property.
Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, Burr Thomas and Anabelle Kny Thomas; two sisters, Virginia Standard and husband Jim and Josephine Wrather; three brothers, Elwood Thomas and wife Mazie, Clyde Thomas and wife Tommie Sue and Charles Thomas and wife Earlene; a daughter Clara Thomas Aucoin; a grandson Andrew Aucoin and his wife Wilma Crosby Thomas.
He is survived by a daughter Diann Pierceal and husband Mike of Muskogee, OK; 2 grandsons, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
