Renita Nathan Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by J. Warren Funeral Services Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel on Oct. 23, 2024.

Renita Marla Nathan, age 56, of Hashan Kehk, passed away on October 18, 2024. She was born on June 8, 1968, in Phoenix to Dewitt Nathan and Ursula Rovales.

Renita was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and had a passion for country music, with favorites including Freddy Fender and George Strait. An exceptional cook, she cherished the times spent preparing meals for her family. When her health allowed, she loved to travel, creating memories that she cherished deeply.

A kind and generous individual, Renita provided unwavering support to those around her. Her strength shone through in her dedication to her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who held a special place in her heart. Renita's affectionate nature made her a maternal figure to many, as she embraced all as part of her extended family.

She is survived by her son, Jamie Joaquin; daughters Amber Johns, Darrylynn Donahue, Brandi Donahue, and Mikenzie Donahue; her siblings Gale, Armida, Leander, and Carmel; her eight granddaughters; a grandson with one on the way; and her two Godchildren.

Renita was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Suzane, Crucita, Diana, Angela, Olivia, and Denise.

A wake will be held on Friday, October 25th, at 6 PM at the Hashen Kehk Multipurpose Building in District Two. Mass will be celebrated the following morning at 7 AM at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Hashan Kehk Cemetery.

Renita’s legacy of love and family will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.
