Rex Knight Obituary

"It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly loved husband, father, and grandfather, Rex George Knight, on December 19, 2024. Words cannot adequately express how deeply he is already missed by those who had the opportunity to know him. Rex is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Winniebell Knight, and his loving children: Odette Clifton and her husband Leroy Clifton, Andrienne Knight-Williams and her husband Douglas Williams, Ricardo Knight, and Keisha Knight. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Samantha Williams-Thompson and her husband Glenn Thompson, Briana Knight, Taylor Williams, Ryan Williams, Tyler Clifton, and Madison Clifton, as well as his siblings: Dennis Latchman, Pauline Masters, Elaine McCalla, Carmen Knight and Neville Latchman.
A visitation for friends and family to celebrate his life will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 6-7 PM at Maguire Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 and again on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at the Hillcrest Seventh Day Adventist Church, located at 590 NJ-57, Port Murray, NJ 07865, with the viewing from 10:00AM – 12:00PM and the funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00PM. The burial will take place thereafter at Union Cemetery, Mountain Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Details on the repast will follow.
