Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ruby Memorial Funeral & Cremation Services on Dec. 18, 2025.
It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Natwarlal R Panchal, affectionately known to many as Natubhai, who passed away on December 18, 2025. Born on May 18, 1935, in Gujarat, India, Natwarlal was a man of empathetic spirit, generous heart, loving nature, and sharp intellect. His journey from the small town in Gujarat to the bustling life of the US, was marked by resilience, determination, and a constant aspiration to provide a better life for his family.
Natwarlal was an engaging personality, always impeccably dressed and ready for a social gathering. His love for life was evident in his hobbies, which included frequenting the gym, playing billiards, driving around town, attending social events, and dining out. He was a formidable presence at the billiards table, his smart strategies earning him multiple tournament trophies. The sight of him sharing his love for coin collecting with his grandson, or spending time at the senior center and with friends and family, indeed painted a picture of a man who found joy in life's simple pleasures. His life was a testament to the verse from the Bhagavad Gita, "Whatever happened, happened for the good. Whatever is happening, is happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good."
Natwarlal's life was a tapestry woven with threads of love, dedication, and the strong ties of family. He may have lost his parents at a young age, but he found strength within himself and later in his own growing family. His empathetic nature was evident in his unwavering dedication to his family throughout his life, always doing what was best for their lives. His family expanded over the years to include his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their partners. Natwarlal's legacy is proudly carried forward by his family who continue to cherish the love and wisdom he imparted.
He is survived by his wife, Ila Panchal; his children, Bina Mistry and Paresh Panchal; his son- and daughter-in-law, Rajendra Mistry and Manisha Panchal; his grandchildren, Sohil Mistry, Mihir Panchal, Sushil Mistry, and Karan Panchal; his granddaughters-in-law, Nayha Mistry and Bhavika Panchal; and his great-grandchildren, Aryan Panchal, Mila Mistry, and Reya Panchal.
