Richard is survived by his son, Ryan (Jessica) Neal; cousin and close friends, Judy and Steve Dolak; three grandsons, Mack (Bekah) Neal, Caleb (Kyla) Neal, Chase (Emily) Neal; two great-granddaughters, Charlie and Kodi Neal; two cousins, Sheila Johnson, Rochell Anderson; and many extended family and friends.
Richard was a successful businessman and owned and operated Neal Vending & Storage. He was a United States Army Veteran.
Funeral Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 10:00 am at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
