Robert (Bob) Retzke, 73 of Rosholt, passed away on March 29, 2025. He was born on July 16, 1951 to Victor and Violet (Richter) Retzke.
Bob held several jobs throughout his working career. He worked at the Koch Refinery in Kansas, trimmed trees while in St. Paul, MN, and at an irrigation company while in Montana. It was for 25 years that Bob also drove truck. He took pride in his work and lent a helping hand when he saw it was needed.
Bob took pleasure in his trips out West to hunt for elk, mule deer, and fish for trout. He also took trips to Canada to hunt bear.
He is survived by his sisters Elsie (Cornell) Stroik of Oak Creek and Jeanne (Kevin) Karch of Custer. Also, nephews, Shane, Jason, Cory, and niece, Jenny. Also, special grandniece, Danya.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Violet, and his brother, Jerome.
Bob enjoyed visiting with family and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
The family would like to thank North Crest Living Center for their compassionate care.
A private memorial service will be held at Pisarski Funeral Home. Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
God great that I may live to fish for another day. But when my final case is made, I then most humbly pray, when nestled in your landing net as I lay peacefully sleep, you'll smile at me and judge that I'm 'good enough to keep'.
