Ronzel Spencer White, 94, of LaGrange, died on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at his son's home under hospice care. The son of the late Royal and Alma (née Kellie) White, Ronzel was born on March 5, 1930 in Grantsville, WV.
Ronzel proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1949 -1953 and was stationed in Korea. He retired from Ford Motor Company as a repairman. Ron loved to be outdoors whether it was deer hunting, cutting wood, or working in the garden. He had a passion for going to antique auctions and collecting many different things.
He is survived by sons, R. Dean White (Stephanie) of Wellington, David White (Kathy) of Madison, Danny White (Theresa) of LaGrange, Doughlas White (Angie Winson), of Wellington, and his brother Steve White of Grantsville, WV. Ronzel had 8 Grandchildren, Melissa Toth, Vickie Kelling (Keith), Michelle Vincent, James White, Tim White, Ken White, Jonathan White, and Nicholas White; 9 Great-grandchildren, Curtis Toth, Matthew Kelling (Grace), Charlie White, Justin Toth, Raeleigh Vincent, Paul Vincent, Gabby White, Naomi White and James White, Great-great Granddaughter Wrenley Kelling, many nieces and nephews.
Ronzel was preceded in death by his parents Royal and Alma (Kellie) White; Sisters Carolyn White, and Wava Hunter; Brothers Delbert "Joe" White, Benny White, Gary White.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9th at 10:00 am at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington. Burial will follow at River Road Cemetery, LaGrange. Condolences for the White family can be given at: www.norton-eastmanfuneralhome.com.
