Predeceased by mother Chrystal Karlovsky Novotny, father Richard Robert Novotny Jr. and all grandparents.
Survived by brother Richard R. Novotny III, sister-in-law Sharon Pekar Novotny, and two nephews, Richard and Joseph Novotny.
Rory is in a happier, pain free place now.
