Samuel Charles Kirkland, 64, of Madisonville, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents William B. and Anna Mae Kirkland; his two brothers, Tom and Bill Kirkland and sister Janice Kirkland. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Kirkland, of Madisonville; children, Jessica (Michael) Lemons, of Greenback, Taylor Kirkland (fiancé Derrick Akins), Tyler (Morgan) Kirkland, all of Madisonville; two grandchildren, Logan and Hannah Kirkland, of Greenback; siblings, Bea Schuricht, Berni (Mike) McMahan, Brenda (Ric) Chance, Linda Kirkland, and Barb (John) Amburn, all of the Maryville area. Funeral 7:00 P.M. Saturday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Jim Stakely officiating. Interment 2:00 P.M. Sunday, Union Hall Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Saturday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
