Born on March 13, 1974, in Philadelphia, Shannalyn was a proud and devoted mother of five children, BenèFaith, Kevin Joseph, Joseph Patrick, Colin Brandon and Erich Aziz. A loving GlamMom of four, Nevaeh, Jadalyn, Alyce and Kevin, Jr., and Godson, Jimmy. Sister to Michele, James and the late Joseph, Jr.
Also surviving Shannalyn are many aunts, uncles, niece, nephew, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will be received in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 2917 Dickinson St, Philadelphia, PA 19146 on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, from 9:45 to 10:45am. A Funeral Mass for Shannalyn will follow in the church on Tuesday at 11am.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shannalyn's name to Our House Ministries, 1441 S. 29th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.

Shan. I can't believe I'm writing this. My heart is broken. You were the best. I will never meet anyone else like you. Thank you for the wonderful memories, the laughs, and the love. The Best Hangout person "White Girl" as I called her & she called me "Black Girl": Never will be the same, although we grew up & apart, no one ever filled that space until recently (Jesus) himself: Thx for the Grand Times on 29th St 6th St & The Roof.
