Shirley is survived by her step-daughter, Tonya Tamborella; her brother, Charles Monier; her sister, Joann Bordelon; her grandchild, Anthony Bellard and her great-grandchild, Rylee Bellard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Meyer; her son, Kirk Bellard; her parents, Malcolm and Marie Jansen Monier; two brothers, Harrison Fontenot and Jerald Monier; her sister, Barbara Hebert
