Sidney (Blaine) Pool Obituary

Sidney Elaine (Blaine) Pool, 44, of Franklin, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, September 14, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on July 14, 1981, in Houston, Texas, to Fred Milt and Randy (Middleton) Blaine.

Sidney was a mother, who loved her children and held her family and friends close to her heart. Sidney was known for her contagious laugh, which could uplift spirits and bring happiness to any gathering. She had a love for water and boating; these hobbies brought her both peace and excitement. Sidney was of the Christian faith.

Sidney is survived by her parents, Milt and Randy Blaine of Salem, Arkansas; sons, Matthew Dakota Rushin (Isabelle Birkhead) of Franklin, Arkansas and Anthony Gamble of Highland, Arkansas; daughter, Macie June Pool of Franklin, Arkansas; three brothers, Paul Allen (Jennifer) of Beebe, Arkansas, Kevin Blaine (Wendy) of Colony, Texas and Derek Rushin (Rachel) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; sisters, Stacy Roberts (Kevin) of Prosper, Texas and Stephanie Cundall (Ryan) of West Plains, Missouri; uncle, McRae Blaine (Ilana) of Tyler, Texas; aunts, Rose Miller of Turner, Arkansas and Paula McPeak (Joey) of Memphis, Tennessee and many nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at Doty Family Funeral & Memorial Service Chapel in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
