Stacey loved her family with all her heart, especially her three children, and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She had an immense passion for cooking/baking, which worked in conjunction with her deep affection for the holidays, Christmas in particular.
Stacey loved hosting friends and family, always knowing how to create a good time. With an infectious laugh and smile, it made people long for a gathering at the Tikkanen household.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Peter Tikkanen, her three children, Luke, Samuel, and Hannah. She is also survived by her mother, Barbara Hessen, sister Lynne Hessen, brothers Kevin and Keith Hessen, numerous extended family and friends, and her golden retriever Buddy.
Visitation will take place at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, Birmingham, Friday, November 1, 2024, 3-7pm. The Funeral Service will be held the following day, Saturday, November 2, at 11am. Friends may visit at church beginning at 10am. Reception to follow.
