Born on July 4, 1941, to Stanley Sr. and Mary (Bias) Symanietz, Stanley was raised on his family's farm where he developed his passion for hard work. At the age of 24, Stanley and his brother, Eugene, inherited the family farm and worked together for 15 years until separating and Stanley established his own farm. Stanley worked diligently on building his business from a single plot of land to a prosperous farm with a dairy barn, machine shed, and hog barn. It was evident how much Stanley embraced his farm and the work he did on it. He was happiest on a tractor in a field, tilling the ground, and planting corn in straight rows.
On April 30, 1966, Stanley married the love of his life, Delrose Kraemer, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and together they welcomed six children, Dan, Jeff, Mike, Cindy, Greg, and Tim. Stanley instilled his work ethic into his family by having them participate in FFA and earn their own money through projects. Despite the busy farm lifestyle, Stanley always found time to attend his children's school events. He cherished being involved and was part of the school board for nine years.
Stanley dedicated six years to the Army Reserves and took pride in his country. A man of great faith, Stanley was a Lector for 21 years at the church and helped on many church projects whenever he was able. The family never missed a church service. Stanley served on the church council for three terms. A great man who understood the value of a hard day's work, Stanley's trinity of love consisted of faith, family, and farming.
Left to cherish Stanley's memory are his wife of 58 years, Delrose Symanietz; children, Dan (Vicki) of Hanover, Jeff of Avon, Mike (Donna) of Pine River, Cindy (Brett) Stark of Baxter, Greg (Becky) of Avon, and Tim (Kara Grupp) of Ames, IA; sister, Josephine Petron of Rogers; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Stanley is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eugene; and grandson, Joseph.
