Teresa Buenrostro Obituary
Teresa Ellen Buenrostro passed away at her residence on April 29, 2025 at the age of 47. She was born on December 23, 1977 to the late Dennis E. Cronk and Mary E. Cronk of Savannah, GA
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Elana Alexis Buenrostro and nephew, Jose Luis Lugo III.
Left to cherish her memories are daughters Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, Elizabeth Shaylynn Buenrostro and Jessica Nicole Buenrostro. Brothers are Danny (Beth)Cronk, Timothy(Cierra) Cronk, Steven Cronk, Matthew Cronk and Michael Cronk. Sisters are Emily (Jamie) Brown and Mary (Jose) Lugo. Three grandchildren are Jameson Lee Turner, Liam Alexander Hoover and Noah Anthony Hoover. Several nieces and nephews.
Teresa grew up in a large loving family surrounded by 7 brothers and sisters, who will cherish all the memories they have of their loving sister.
She was a loving and devoted mother to her daughters. They were truly the light of her life and frankly one of her greatest accomplishments. She was so very proud of each one of them and loved them so deeply. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through her beautiful daughters and her precious grandchildren.
Teresa had a vibrant array of hobbies that brought joy to her and those around her. She was passionate and singing, planting flowers and shrubs, along with going to the beach at night. Her DIY projects keeping aquariums, and thrift shopping were activities that showcased her creative spirit and love for life. Those who knew Teresa will remember her kindhearted personality, infectious laughter and her unwavering love for her family. She had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone if she could. She was also known for her chatty conversations and great cooking skills or "experiments" as her kids would say. She could turn a simple meal into a gourmet meal with just a few ingredients and "dash of love".
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her. Rest in peace Teresa, we will always love you.
A service to celebrate Teresa's life will be held at 17870 GA Hwy 67, Statesboro, GA 30458 at 12pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025
