Thelma Elizabeth Foreman transitioned to be with our heavenly father surrounded by her loving family on April 29, 2024. She was born May 26, 1946 to the late Philip Thompson and Dorothy Elizabeth Onley-Thompson
Thelma attended Lincoln High School in Frederick, Maryland. She retired from Frederick County Public Schools after 20 years of serving as an Assistant Teacher; working at North Frederick Elementary, East Frederick Elementary and Heather Ridge School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, loved to dance, crossword puzzle's, and you'd often catch her watching Forensic Files and Criminal Minds. She was great story teller making everyone around her laugh.
She is survived by her: three devoted loving children, Bruce, Toya "Peachy" and Letty Foreman; dearly loving grandchildren, Courtney, Branden, Jasmine "New New", Justin, Jacob, Brooke "Cookie", and Brianna Foreman; great-grandson, Brandon Jackson; godson, Aaron Jackson; sisters, Nancy Randolph, Judy Allen and Constance Jackson; and a host of loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her: brothers, Ronald Onley and Philip Thompson; sisters, Mary Jane Johnson, Ann Rollins and Patsy Johnson; nieces, Tinika Onley, Linda Allen, Donna Jiggetts, and Chasity Thompson; and nephew, Chris Randolph.
