Tracie M. Norman age 51 of Algonac, MI passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, October 3, 2024. She was born April 28, 1973 in East China Twp., MI.
Tracie was a 1991 graduate of Algonac High School, she then graduated from Ferris State University in 1995, and went onto the University of Michigan for her Teaching Degree. Tracie became a Junior High teacher in Maryland before returning to Michigan where in 2010 she became employed by the City of Warren, MI.
Tracie is survived by her dear mother Judy A. Norman, loving sisters Terri (Dr. William) Brady, Kelly (Tom) McKenzie, and Jori (Jeff) Aliotta, nieces Dr. Cortney (Caleb Blalock) Brady, and MaryBeth (Mitch Siladke) McKenzie, nephews Michael McKenzie, Christopher McKenzie, Tyler (Maryanna Elliott) Brady, Patrick McKenzie, and Joey McKenzie, great nieces Reygan Elliott, Olivia Elliott, and Emily Elliott, great nephew Colson Blalock, and aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by father Derald H. Norman, aunt Ada "Mary Jane" Sturman-Folkerts, and an uncle George Sturman.
A celebration of life will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a Memorial Service at 12:00 PM Saturday October 12, 2024 in the Algonac Church of Christ, 1601 St. Clair River Drive, Algonac, MI 48001.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the Algonac Church of Christ. Arrangements by the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Algonac.
