Twyla Sue Winegardner, 85, of Ada, passed away Monday evening, November 11, 2024, at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
Twyla was born in Hardin County, Ohio, on July 31, 1939, to the late Ted and Winona Violet (Biederman) Mulholland. She was also preceded in death by her former husband, Larry L. Winegardner, and a granddaughter Taryn.
Twyla is survived by her children: Sonya Winegardner of Ada, Derwin Jay Winegardner of Ada, Mark Winegardner of Harrod, and Brian Winegardner of Ada; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A lifelong resident of Hardin County, Twyla worked as a secretary for many years at the Ohio Northern University Bookstore, and retired in early 2000s. She was a member of the Roundhead Grange, Red Hat Society, and Business Women Association.
Pastor Debra Ketcham will officiate Twyla’s graveside service on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 1pm at Roundhead Cemetery.
