Virginia "Ginny" Butch, age 83 years, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away on September 1, 2024. She was home with her loving husband of 63 years, Raymond, her daughter, Stacie, her son-in-law, Michael and her grandchildren at her bedside.
Ginny was born in Philadelphia, PA. She was a longtime nurse who served her community well. She was a loving daughter to her parents Vera and Raymond Bescript and assisted them for many years, with the care of her invalid brother Raymond (Sonny), whom she loved so very much. Caring for her brother inspired her to become a nurse. Ginny was a wonderful, devoted wife and mother and then became a loving grandmother. She always brought love and faith into her family home. She and her husband moved to Florida in 1992. She continued her work as a nurse until she retired in 2012. Ginny made friends throughout her neighborhood and Catholic Church Community. She was well-liked and always welcomed everyone with a comforting smile. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and soul. She was a loving mother and the best grandmother ever. She loved animals and adopted and donated to many shelters throughout the years.
Ginny is survived by her husband Raymond J. Butch, daughter Stacie (Michael) Dormeyer, and her four grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Raymond, and Nicholas. Ginny also leaves behind many loving cousins.
Her family is mourning her passing and would be comforted by any correspondence. Ginny will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA at a future date, to be decided. Ginny expressed her wish that a memorial fund be arranged at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name.
