Virginia Kathryn Johnston, 96, of Shadyside, OH, passed away on September 28, 2024 at Park Health Center in St. Clairsville, OH.
She was born on October 24, 1927 in Bellaire, OH, a daughter to the late Mary (Albright) and Clarence Dixon.
Virginia worked as a Nurse's Aide at the Shadyside Care Center. She was a devoted member of Shadyside Nazarene Church.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles R. Stillion; her second husband, Harry D. Johnston; infant son, Ricky; step-mother, Olive Dixon and son-in-law, Bill Green.
Virginia is survived by her children, Charles (Cindy) Stillion, Roger (Patty) Stillion, Rose Green, Clyde (Lisa) Stillion, Kathy (Paul) Robrecht, Marjorie (Keith) Crall, Patty (Monte) McVay, Steven (Beverly) Stillion, and Jennifer (John) Keenan; sister, Margaret Kennedy; step-siblings, Wayne Dixon, Betty Shreve, and David Dixon, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Park Health Center for providing great care for Virginia.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 11:00am in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Bellaire OH, with Pastor Dennis Hancock officiating. A luncheon will follow at the Shadyside Nazarene Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Virginia to a cause or place of donor's choice.
