Wade Arnett Muntz, a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 6th, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.
Born on September 24, 1973, in Paris, Texas, Wade grew up in Hugo, Oklahoma, where he developed a passion for sports, Sooners, and friendship that he carried throughout his days.Wade attended the University of Oklahoma as a proud member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, later graduating from East Central University. He became an active and valued resident of Whitesboro, Texas, where he built a life filled with love, laughter, and dedication to his family, God and community. Wade's devotion to his family was evident in every facet of his life. He was a beloved husband to Tisha and a devoted father to his three daughters, Peyton, Alli, and Lauren Muntz, who were his pride and joy.
Wade is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Muntz. He is survived by his father, John Muntz, his brother, Weston Muntz and spouse Georgine, and his sister, Shannon Holt and spouse Doug Holt, who will all deeply miss his passion, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty.
A celebration of Wade's life will be held at 1:00 PM November 9th at First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember his remarkable spirit.

Wade leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, competitive spirit, and contagious laughter that will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
