Whitney Alexandria Wallace, 31, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, left this world far too soon on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Born on February 23, 1993, in Louisville, Kentucky, Whitney was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her, illuminating any room with her kindness and infectious smile.
A proud graduate of Jeffersonville High School, class of 2011, Whitney carried with her a strong spirit of compassion throughout her life. She devoted her career to caring for others, working tirelessly as a Certified Nursing Assistant at both Norton Clark and Baptist Health Floyd Hospitals. Her gentle nature and unwavering dedication to her patients showcased her authentic commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Whitney was not only a cherished employee but also a wonderful mother. Her love for her family and friends knew no bounds; she embraced life with open arms and had the extraordinary ability to make everyone feel like they were a part of her story. Whitney never met a stranger; instead, she turned strangers into friends with her warmth and genuine interest in others.
She is survived by her daughter, Xariah Robinson; loving parents, Rhonda (King) Earley (Chris) and Tommy Wallace, Jr.; her dear sister, Danielle "Nickkie" Madden (Dudder); and her siblings, Brittanie and Kenny Earley, Autumn Greco. Whitney's legacy continues through her beloved daughter, as well as her niece, MackenZie Madden, and her nephew, Mason Thomas, who brought her immense joy. She is also remembered fondly by her uncles, Joe, Jeff, and Crosby King, and her cousins, Sara, Austin, James, and Skiz. Additionally, her closest friends, Allie Moreland and Alexis Adkins, held a special place in her heart, providing love and support throughout her life.
Whitney’s journey was not without its challenges; she is now reunited with her treasured grandparents, Janie Young, Phillip Thomas, Linda Earley, Thomas Wallace, Sr., and Libby Wallace, along with her uncle, Gus King, who have welcomed her back with open arms.
